Hey Don, one idea if you don’t hear anything about this is to try the website of the guy who wrote the CTC book. He posts examples of people’s success stories and correspondence, if there was any, that may be helpful to look at. I’m pretty sure I saw some that got a similar letter about frivilous returns.

What NAICS code should I use for opening a bank account (for the enterprise trust)? It’s asked for in the paperwork. My best guess is 525920 from what I see on the website. https://www.census.gov/naics/?input=trust&year=2022&details=525920. Thanks!
