									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I received two letters for the same year which is 12/2024 so not sure why both letters for the same year but here are the snippets from the letters of all 3 pages</p>
<p>Did any one received anything like this before ? and what to reply now is the question I have? Should I file an appeal in the federal claims court as well ?</p>
