My goal as a Nurse Coach is to facilitate my clients health transformation through connecting to their true self and innate ability to heal.
I aim to help clients who no longer wish to depend on the tyrannical medical cartel for their “healthcare”. Instead learn to heal themselves through self care, customized nourishing nutrition and holistic lifestyle practices.

My transformation tools are; powerful conversation, nutrition, detox, yoga, meditation, accountability and more.
I specialize in weight loss, detox, hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorders, stress management, anxiety, depression and GI disease.
Sessions can be in person or over video conference.
I also offer Thai yoga massage, group and private yoga. My yoga style is a blend between kundalini and vinyassa flow.
