I received two letters for the same year which is 12/2024 so not sure why both letters for the same year but here are the snippets from the letters of all 3 pages

Did any one received anything like this before ? and what to reply now is the question I have? Should I file an appeal in the federal claims court as well ?

I didn’t want to pay an additional $950 for my foreign EIN #. My friend in Portugal agreed to make the call for me. He has spent nearly 30 hours on hold for many many weeks now, sometimes on hold for 3-4 hours. He got through once & was given an outside of the US # to call. Same issue there.

Question is about, do I need to set up holding company. I acquired my express trust, now working on setting up banking. Which banks should I go, I only heard mention Wells Fargo. I have an LLC in which will need to be in a separate bank account. I need help with this structure. I do plan to ecclesiastical trust that will be in 3 months or so.

I owed for 2023 and set up a payment plan. The course didn’t explain how to go about adding that money to the 1040X or 4852. Should i just add the extra I paid with the payment plan transcript included in my filing?
