yes I saw this too Kara, would be curious what The Freedom people think of that, the CTC course makes 100% sense to me, but like you I don’t want to heavily fined or in prison lol

I’ll be curious to hear what the response is, another group I belong to that talks a lot about using Equity to discharge things said members have gotten this notice and they simply Accepted and returned the notice and never heard back, so I”m guessing this is just a standard thing they send but I dont’ know,..

Hey on the new Certificatication of Trust in the Portal, there’s a new line that says “Trust Protector.” As of now I’m assuming we are both the Trustee and the Trust Protector, is that correct? I just want the bank to approve my account and there be no issues regarding this.

I need to open a Trust Bank Account, but I’m confused in terms of what I can tell the banks, like what do they need to know and what should I avoid? I know they’ve asked before who the beneficiary is and in this case the Express Trust is not me. It’s my understanding they only need 4 things:

(1) the CP575 IRS form
(2) The Declaration of Trust…

Hey just a question for my understanding on the W9 form, it asks for the exempt code and we’ve always put down 1, but why is that? I was reading the Zero Percent and it refers to the Treaty of Marrkesh. Is that the religious group and is that why we can claim 1? Thanks – Joel

Has anyone been able to get their passport? I just filed for mine twice now, and they’re adamant about not giving me one that’s from an “unaltered passport application.” the US State dept in Seattle has now emphatically reminded me that I am indeed a 14th amendment citizen, lol
