I need to open a Trust Bank Account, but I’m confused in terms of what I can tell the banks, like what do they need to know and what should I avoid? I know they’ve asked before who the beneficiary is and in this case the Express Trust is not me. It’s my understanding they only need 4 things:

(1) the CP575 IRS form
(2) The Declaration of Trust (which is 2 pages)
(3) The Certification of Trust (which needs to be notarized)
(4) Identification

is there anything else I should be prepared to answer when asked? I know like a lot of others folks they say they want the binder. But it’s my understanding we’re not giving them all of that
