MISSION: To empower and facilitate an exceptional educational experience for children while protecting American values, and freedoms of health and education choices for teachers and parents, through a membership cooperative supporting micro-classes from PK through 12th grade.

HOW IT WORKS:
Parent Members request child placement into either a Pivot-Ready-Pod (PRP, to establish a pod plan with a matched group of parents) or into an Active Micro-Class (AMC).
Teachers apply to the organization, are interviewed and pre-qualified for providing services.
Parent Members are matched and receive resources and support to implement a PRP or AMC. Micro-Classes.
Parent Members receive referrals to directly hire Teacher Members to support Micro-Classes
