When setting up the foreign express trust, the executor must be not be a citizen of the United States, how is this handled if you dont know a foreigner or for that matter someone you can trust completely?

I got the invitation for a meeting about my trust on the 26th. I scheduled it for today at 2 pm

but I haven’t gotten any notice of it being scheduled. Is it going to happen?
