Whats up guys, havent filed since 2022…after setting up my trust. However im in kind of a difficult position, i have a loan with a bank for a rental property and theyre demanding i send them my tax returns or they call the loan due. I’ve already notified them of the trust and they still accepted payments. Just not sure if i need to do it now…

I received a correspondence from the IRS on September 14, 2026 in which I had the refund I was requesting for 2024 applied to 2022 and 2023 by following the process of filing the 4852 forms
