My ipostal mail account for the express trust is requiring that I fill out a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) form or be fined.

At this point,(all I really have is the trust EIN and ipostal adress) do I fill the BOI out using my trust EIN?

I assume that it will not be required again if I go forward and finish setting up the trust?
