I am behind on my steps–so so busy–so I might have missed this answer. I will get back on it asap. But if I have a car in my trust and I register it, doesn’t that give ownership to the Corporation (county, state, whatever)? How do I travel safely without giving ownership of my car to the State through registration?

You would have to acquire the MCO. It is difficult to do but not impossible. The best course of action is to sell the vehicle to the trust and register the vehicle in the Trust.

I have the MCO- does that change anything? Because I can just register it in the trust I guess– When I got the MCO the guy that was teaching about them said I couldn’t register it again, but then I got in legal trouble and registered under duress…
