Hello, fellow Californians! We live in San Diego’s East County, and we’ve taken the dive to bring our local business into the private with a PMA, and are now looking to get the double-authenticated birth certificate, and will then be moving on to the Foreign Express Trust process. I’m so excited to finally be getting this process done! I have been looking into all this PMA and “sovereign citizen” kind of stuff for YEARS now. There is just so much to learn! Would love to connect with other like-minded locals! Hope to hear from some of you guys and gals soon!

@trumahkah617gmail-com In the meantime we can chat on here. How far have you gone in this journey to independence? Have you done the double authenticated birth certificate yet? California is one of those states that only offers apostille services… I’m on hold now with the SOS office to ask if they do offer “authentication” services…

Sorry for the delay, so the apostille is the same thing as authentication.
I had a bit of a journey when I did mine only because I chose a country that was simi Hague as far as documentation goes so it took really long because I had to do it twice United Arab Emirates is what I chose the second time but still do ur research before choosing. I am done with the Trust but now working on the status correction

@trumahkah617gmail-com We are going to be using the UAE. I was thinking about using Iran but I don’t think anyone in their right mind would go there right now, plus it might attract some unwanted attention from the feds! LoL!
What is the status correction you are going for…? Sovereign Citizen…? Foreign Dignitary…? Something else…? I’m on the fence about any kind of status corrections because VERY few, if any, government officials recognize or are even aware of the existence of and the rights of anyone other than a citizen or illegal alien. It’s like if you relinquish your citizenship then you’re automatically considered an illegal alien. LoL!!!
What was the Foreign Express Trust process like?? Did you have The Freedom People do it for you or did you figure out how to do it yourself…? I found this free PDF book that was authored by someone quoted in one of the birth certificate videos called “Weiss’s Concise Trustee Handbook – A Guide to the Administration of an Express Trust Under the Common Law, Functioning Under the General Law-Merchant” It’s pretty interesting so far… I’m only 6 pages in and I’ve already learned A LOT!
Anyways, I’d love to hear more about the process and method you used to create your trust and if you’ve had any difficulties and/or victories with it.

So frm my overstanding a sovereign citizen is an oxymoron you don’t want to be that.
Private American non citizen national Is what I believe the status is but not entirely sure. I’ve had the freedom ppl handle everything for me. I just don’t have the time to do it all myself but still slowly learning…. From what I gather we all have be presumed an assumed to be a 14th amendment district US citizens under the US corporation which basically makes us an enemy of the state. Again I am still learning myself but it’s all becoming clearer the more I study an get guidance frm the freedom ppl

@trumahkah617gmail-com You’re right on about the sovereign citizen thing, lol it’s basically a king slave… so far, from what I am learning everyone is born into 14th amendment citizen status and it’s basically a slave or chattel status where you are treated as a creation of the state until you reach the age of majority (18) when you can apply to take ownership of your property (your body, mind and spirit) by declaring yourself to be a competent man or person created by God. But supposedly there is some special wording and some special documentation you have to have or create and then do you send it to someone in the federal government? I don’t know 🤷♀️
