Hi,
I am new here, and I am trying to understand how all this works, as my situation is a bit complex.First, I was born in Angola (a non-Hague country) when Angola was a Portuguese colony (Portugal is a Hague country).
My nationality is Portuguese. I currently live in the UK, have been here since 2001, but I want to move to the US.All this terminology is really complicated for me to understand. I know that there is a language trickery, and I am probably using some words that are deemed to have a different meaning… English not being my first language is already hard enough.
So, I am trying to learn a few things:
1) How do I claim my Birth Certificate in a country that doesn’t have Common Law? I have no idea where to start.
2) How can I move to the US as a free person? Is that even possible? I did some research, and it looks like that before the WW1 people didn’t need visas. These guys love creating wars and fear to implement control!
3) I would like to buy a piece of land in the US and put it in a Trust. But I don’t quite understand if I need to create a LLC or not. This is very confusing. How do we do business in the private?
If I create a LLC wouldn’t I have to file forms, and by doing so, entering into contracts with the government?I am an artist, and I would like to have different studios/ateliers for art, crafts and artisan products, the goal is to be totally off-grid, self-sufficient, and live a sovereign life without any interference from “external authorities”.
I went through the free course, but it doesn’t apply to me.
I went through some groups, but I don’t see much information. Most are empty. Noting is going on. Is this because of the tier system, paid and free memberships?Where do we go from here?
Appreciate direction, please.Thank you.

If you are in the U.K. thats great because I don’t think theres more of a common wealth than England. The free world is Brittish paper.
Do you have a berth cert?
I don’t know what your processes are because they are a lil different place to place exactly but thats a good place.
Just rebutt all the presumptions of canon law and claim your rights on your documents. “UCC1-308” then its ok to ask. Be careful if someone hands you a stack of legislation. If you ask for permission for things you’ll be asking for everything. What ever you Reg-ister for is something you wanna consider because theres a BIG
presumtion in that “security” aka “sign here”.

@jpkntak Hi James, thanks for replying. I have so much to learn.
Yes, I do have a birth cert but is in the Portuguese system, which is Roman law & codified
The UK right now sucks big time. Well, it’s global, and it has been always like that but now we can see it clearly, these guys are no longer interested in hiding stuff in plain sight.
Yes, you’re right about the registered stuff, that’s why I want to learn what’s the best way to do things before jumping into it. Enough with giving power away to these guys.

@denise-silva rebutt all presumptions of canon law and notarize affidavits. Do not use the word person or resident or a zoning improvement code. Claim your Cestui Que Vie(all caps ens legis/nom de gurre)Trust as Grantor and Beneficiary Express private to public as peaceful non combatant as much as you can. I have my own peaceful common wealth and flag because the law is your law not so use a pen and be response-able and safe. You can’t hide from any corporate anything so be in the world not of it. YouTube has a ton of natural law stuff. Thats the best place to start in my opinion. 🙂
