Not sure how to approach this question or if I can explain what Im trying to uncover but maybe someone will engage.

1) I want to know how hospital admins can insist parents fill out and sign BC’s before we leave the hospital.

2) If a mother signs a TPR (Termination of Parental Rights) in the hospital but declines to fill out and sign BC, can anyone take custody of the newborn legally?

Im an advocate for mothers who are being coerced in hospitals to relinquish for adoption. They are breaking laws, lying to mothers trafficing their children and these mothers can not get their newborns back.

I cant shake the feeling that Im here in this space to save families not just to save mine.

Any info that would set me on a path to find out would be so helpful. My daughter lost her child 12 years ago by this evil industry and I will never give trying to keep families together.
