Does anyone know if this process can be successfully used on a 1099 NEC to the Enterprise Trust EIN? I understand the basics behind why the process is valid, just looking for confirmation that I can have a 1099 under my Enterprise Trust – or if anyone has experience with this. I have only 2 options for the tax form in this scenario and the other one is my SSN, which I’m trying to avoid. Thanks!
