Deep Thoughts
You can earn more, save more, and still feel broke if your body is running on empty. Sleep, strength, and steady energy are the kind of capital that compounds — and you can’t outsource them.
A simple version that actually sticks:
- Sleep like it matters. Same rough bedtime, dark room, phone out of reach.
- Move most days. Walks count. Lift something a few times a week so you keep muscle.
- Eat real food more often than not. Protein, plants, and fewer constant snacks.
- Get outside. Sunlight and a walk fix more moods than another scroll.
- Guard the basics: water, stress you can name, and a doctor when something’s off.
Money gives you options. Health decides whether you can use them. The richest schedule in the world doesn’t help if you’re too tired to live it.

So true. Money gives you options, but health decides whether you can actually enjoy them. Small daily habits really add up. 💪
