I was looking online to find the best explanation of what a National passport card would look like & how you can know. It’s crazy to me that they don’t want you to know or be able to distinguish it.

I came across a video by James C. Lovett (Badwolf) from 5 years ago where he said that the 3 stars on passport card is for the Non US Citizen National. He said 4 stars indicates the same but with Do Not Detain. He also mentioned the new passports don’t have stars.

I’m curious if anyone else has this knowledge or experience.

I also wanted to share this with the community regarding a way to gain another dual citizenship with nobility & was wondering if you’ve heard of Ladonia.org

      Blessings to All!

        • My research and experience with passports is that the stars are not relevant to anything that I am interested in. I also, this year, contacted a Representative and opened a UNITED STATES Congressional inquiry as to why the Department of State will not stamp my passport a Non-Citizen National- even though my status is such. They’re findings were that the “stamp” is reserved for the American Samoa or those born on Swain’s Island and outlying possessions’ of the U.S. (inc.)…even though the status is the same from their end. So, I conceded that the “special markings”, or some kind of diplomatic immunity message being reflected on the screen when a cop runs my passport I.D., is meaningless and missing. It seems they do not want to support my status at the Dept. of State. So I rely on other ways to “Express” my status.
