Whats up guys, havent filed since 2022…after setting up my trust. However im in kind of a difficult position, i have a loan with a bank for a rental property and theyre demanding i send them my tax returns or they call the loan due. I’ve already notified them of the trust and they still accepted payments. Just not sure if i need to do it now or what? IRS hasnt been bothering me to tell you the tturth.
