I just want to make sure I do this correctly the first time as each step of the freedom process is time consuming and I would like to avoid delays at all costs if possible. When it comes to the double authentication process for the birth certificate, am I sending in the “Certificate of Live Birth”, “Certificate of Birth Registration” or “Certified Transcript of Birth” as all are forms of a birth certificate. My question in short is referring to the long form birth certificate or short form should be sent in for authentication? I’m sure it matters in this process!
