Land Share was created exclusively for members who have purchased a Foreign Express Trust from The Freedom People and need a practical, reliable way to complete the county-level recording process.
Recording your trust with a county is an important step toward establishing your trust in the public record. However, some members face roadblocks—either because they don’t own property, or their local county is uncooperative or unfamiliar with this process.
Land Share provides a straightforward solution.
Through this service, you’ll record your trust documents in Pinal County, Arizona—a county that is known to be supportive and consistent when it comes to recording trusts.
This does not change your trust’s domicile. It simply gives you a friendly and efficient path to meet recording requirements, regardless of where you live or whether you own property.
How It Works
With your Land Share membership, you’ll receive clear instructions on how to mail your trust documents directly to the Pinal County Recorder. This includes guidance on how to prepare your documents and what to include in your submission. You’ll also receive a pre-addressed envelope and a checklist to ensure your recording is successful.
We do not record the documents for you—this is about empowering you with the tools and process to complete it yourself, the right way.
This Is a Tool, Not a Long-Term Commitment
Land Share is designed to be used and then cancelled.
Once you’ve successfully recorded your trust documents, you are encouraged to cancel your subscription. There’s no need to maintain an ongoing membership simply to keep your trust valid—your recording stands on its own once it’s done.
This membership is $600/year and auto-renews annually, so please cancel as soon as you’ve completed your recording to avoid being charged for another year.

When You Might Keep it Active
There are some situations where maintaining your membership makes sense:
- You need to record updates or amendments to your trust
- You have future filings related to your trust administration
- You prefer to keep a consistent, trusted recording jurisdiction available year after year
Outside of these situations, we recommend cancelling once your work is done.
