I specialize in helping people who feel stuck by releasing self-limiting beliefs through the ThetaHealing® technique, and specialized energy work. I help clients reframe emotions and behaviors, so that they can achieve optimum health and well-being.
ThetaHealing® works because the brain operates on different brainwaves (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Theta). The theta state is a deep state of relaxation (usually achieved during the REM cycle of sleep) where the brainwaves are slowed down to a frequency of 4-7 cycles per second so that we can access the subconscious mind. It is a very powerful state which when accessed can bring tremendous changes. In a traditional session, we work with changing our beliefs and the continuous programming we have received since we were a child and beyond.
