Hey on the new Certificatication of Trust in the Portal, there’s a new line that says “Trust Protector.” As of now I’m assuming we are both the Trustee and the Trust Protector, is that correct? I just want the bank to approve my account and there be no issues regarding this.

I need to open a Trust Bank Account, but I’m confused in terms of what I can tell the banks, like what do they need to know and what should I avoid? I know they’ve asked before who the beneficiary is and in this case the Express Trust is not me. It’s my understanding they only need 4 things:

(1) the CP575 IRS form

I think there was a misunderstanding regarding being able to figure out how to get a full return upon getting a membership. I don’t have 2 grand to pay for a course, which would make up over half of what I’d be getting back anyway, so this was a waste of time. It looks like it was a five dollar lesson.

So when I put my car in the trust name and license it, my current plate will change, so do I resend the injunctions with the new plate identity? And if the trust buys my mom’s truck, do I include that in the injunctions? Or do I do another set of injunctions for that truck?
