Form 4852
Has anyone filled out a 4852 for a 1099-R if so could you shed some light on what needs to be filled out an is that accompanied with a 1040 X if already filed in past years?
Also 2022 is the furthest we can go back correct?

I received an email to reserve a spot on the upcoming monthly AUA zoom meeting. Unfortunately, when I clicked the link to reserve a spot it did not have anything available for 3+ months
