Hey People!!
I am wondering about getting public records.
I have sent many public records requests from a local city
but they don’t seem to be adhering to the Ca. record request
laws. Would you know how to get compliance??

Successful refunds?
Is anyone actually getting their refunds sent to them? I have 2 in progress and 1 is now over 1 year old. I cannot even get a response from the “frivolous dept”. I have done everything correctly and thoroughly and I get no responses now. All sent certified mail but they just don’t seem to care. I submitted a complaint with Taxpayer…

Hi Phil, I am in the same boat. I submitted 6 last Feb/March. 3 for me, 3 for my husband. He received one and that was it. I have received multiple letters since, one recently denying 2023 and they are telling me I can take them to court if I wish

Really? The letter said they would not process it and to take to court? Would you share this letter. Maybe CTC doesn’t work anymore?

Wondering if I still have the latest recommendation. If currently working as a W-2 but the employer is too difficult with transitioning to W8-BEN-E, is it advisable to instead contract ourselves through our LLC (owned by the enterprise trust) to more easily access the right taxation level?

I think he may work for the Legacy Foundation, that is an insurance company that is separate but affiliated with The Freedom People in some way. There is nothing suspicious that I can tell. If it is the same guy I talked to before, he was a very nice gentleman and informative.
