Ok, who has set up a bank account? Has anyone used fiduciary and trust services through wells fargo? I travel alot so i would like to use them. Im a little confused on what the services do and how it can seperate you completely. Is there a way to set it up so i can use the bank account without having to do the credit card and the money…

Here’s info for anyone who’s in phase 2 and trying to get the trust info/requirements set up so they can move forward with the trust process. This only applies if you don’t already own land.
There’s a requirement that you need to own land in order to file for your trust. I’m not sure of the right wording, but basically if you don’t own your home…

Thanks for posting Kara. This is where we are in the trust process as well. We sold our home last year and are currently renting until we find land or a home to renovate. We don’t own any land at the moment and our families would not agree with this process or allow us to be co-owners of their properties. Frustrating.

Has anyone been able to get their passport? I just filed for mine twice now, and they’re adamant about not giving me one that’s from an “unaltered passport application.” the US State dept in Seattle has now emphatically reminded me that I am indeed a 14th amendment citizen, lol
