Hey, does anyone know the consequences of losing your United States citizenship via the status change to non-citizen national?

Are there negative effects?

From what I saw during some research, you lose the right to vote and hold public office once you are not a U.S. citizen.

Also, Is a non-citizen national the same thing as a foreign national?

Ok, who has set up a bank account? Has anyone used fiduciary and trust services through wells fargo? I travel alot so i would like to use them.
