Hope y’all doing great and that things are going smoothly.

I have a question: where did you guys get a certified copy of the original Constitution of Texas? Just downloaded it from the internet (e.g. Texas State Law Library https://www.sll.texas.gov/law-legislation/texas/constitution/ , but can it be considered ”certified”?)?

Also, I was noticing, although the Constitution still in force is the one enacted in 1876, it’s been amended countless times to this day, so to all intents and purposes, wouldn’t the document in its entirety become “post-1933” anyway? Unless we only consider the original document…
