Once you complete the trust form, there should be a verification call verification link, because there shouldn’t be any typos on the documents. (PITA to fix)

The two biggest and time-consuming points stressed are:
1) The Trust Office Address
a) TRUST NAME EXPRESS TRUST (foreign)
b) TRUST NAME EXPRESS TRUST ENTERPRISE (banking / holding)
2) The Authentication of the Birth Certificate at the Federal Level
a) This provides the “annex number” and the date for the UCC Lien that the trust will hold against your ENS LEGIS (All Caps Name)

After that, the County Recorders are becoming more difficult to work with, some are outright defiant. This is why the land/mining agreement is done for those without a claim to property.

Even with property claim in the recording documents, they (county recorders) are falling back on “wet ink signatures” being required for recording.
