Hi All!

Can anyone in the Southeast US share the name of a county whose clerk takes appointments and accepts passport applications?

Counties across the Carolinas have passport offices within their county buildings but their clerks don’t accept passport applications. I’m willing to travel, virtually anywhere, to the closest county where I can go through this process via a court clerk but I cannot locate one in my state.
