My question is about the video on silver certificates where Jeff says to only get the ones with a red seal. The only ones I could find are the Hawaii “overprint” ones with a reddish-brown seal. Are these the right ones? (All the other silver certificates I could find have a blue seal.) And is there any leeway on choosing years other than the recommended 1935 and 1957 issues? Thanks!
