Hi Y’all- I’ve run into some trouble with my car and my passport, any input is welcome!

I tried to put my car into the trust name instead of my name and the NPC worker said she couldn’t do it because the trust doesn’t have a Social Security Number and all “owners” need a SSN….

Passport- went to the clerk and she said I had to go to the Passport Administration Office (which is 2 hours of travel away from me, so very difficult to get to because it needs to be a workday and I work every workday). She said she can’t do any oaths or seals, but they can do them there. Is that true or am I just surrounded by NPCs who can’t do anything that is outside the matrix?
