How can the government claim it is granting you a “privilege” by letting you use an LLC or a trust, when the government itself created the complex legal environment that makes those tools necessary to protect your inalienable rights in the first place? 🤨

• The Bill of Rights: The amendments do not say “The citizens have the privilege of free speech.” They say “Congress shall make no law…” and “…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” These are explicit commands telling the government what it cannot do to a natural person.
• The Ninth Amendment: It explicitly states: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” It acknowledges that your natural rights are infinite, and just because a right isn’t written down doesn’t mean the government owns it.
