Are you looking for a new career opportunity with a dynamic, privately held organization? Wamore is an engineering and manufacturing company located at the Deer Valley Airpark. Wamore is an OEM supplier for commercial, military and aerospace clients as well as a turn-key system developer. The products we develop and manufacture are fun, innovative, challenging, and unique. This is a full time position (Monday-Thursday, 10 hour days). We have a friendly and casual working environment with a unique opportunity for professional growth. Currently we are looking for a Bookkeeper / HR specialist to join our team.

Our Bookkeeper / HR specialist responsibilities include:

·       Transaction Processing: Recording day-to-day financial transactions, including, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

·       Financial Reporting: Reconciling bank accounts and assisting with balance sheets, income statements, and month-end closing.

·       Payroll & Compliance: Handling bi-weekly payroll, managing payroll taxes, 401(k) contributions, and sales tax.

·       Software Usage: Maintaining data integrity in company systems (M1)

·       Supports daily HR functions, including benefits administration, handles onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation.

·       Knowledge of federal/state labor laws (or where to research the laws)

·       Ensuring business is “in good standing”

·       Running Merchant Services purchases

·       Other tasks as required

Our Bookkeeper / HR Specialst’s skills and requirements include:

·       Experience: 3+ years in a similar role.

·       Skills: Proficiency in ERP system (M1) and Microsoft Excel (or ability to learn)

·       Produces a high QUALITY of work – demonstrates creativity in work, able to think outside the box when problem-solving & decision-making, prepares reports that are clear, concise and accurate.

·       Produces a high QUANTITY of work – punctual, effectively plans & implements tasks, keeps track of & meets deadlines.

·       Professional interaction with excellent communication and interpersonal skills – practices good collaborative style with others.

·       Leadership – demonstrates compliance awareness, corporate responsibility & ethical behavior

·       Self-learner but willing to ask questions when unsure.

·       Traits: High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

·       Required full time work hours are Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm.

$30.00 – $40.00 / hr DOE
