I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher. I integrate Crystal healing, color therapy, clinical aromatherapy as well as frequency techniques.
I am also a wellness coach. Working for several years for LAUSD teaching middle school and high school students nutrition and lifestyle educated me on how few parents knew how to stay healthy and how that lack of knowledge led to continued bad choices within their children leading to many health issues.
I am a gourmet raw food chef and offer classes as well as small group raw food catering.
