Is there a difference?

Hello group, I filed electronically using a CPA in the past three years. Do I still send my amended returns in paper? How usually does the IRS take to process amended returns?

I filed our 2024 amended return in April and just got a response back. I used the cracking the code verbatim and resent documents through fax, and just got word back from them that they are not retuning my wages, so I have to reach out again. I filed 2023 and 2022 and haven’t heard anything at all, at the same time. Just my experience.

Same here, I sent everything in by mail, the 2024 return in March, as well as the amended 2022 and 2023 returns as per the CTC course. I got my refund for 2024, but the amended returns are still showing as received…
