I have a question: where did you guys get a certified copy of the original Constitution of Texas? Just downloaded it from the internet (e.g. Texas State Law Library https://www.sll.texas.gov/law-legislation/texas/constitution/ , but can it be considered ”certified”?)?

When I want a certified copy of a public record/document, I have gone to the county clerk and requested it. The clerk usually charges $20-$30. Depends on the amount of pages. And the County Clerk has authority to stamp it “Certified Copy”.
But if I pull a copy of something like that from the internet-this would not be “Certified”.
