Does someone named Matthew with a phone number area code 918 work for The Freedom People?

He called my husband and said something about The Freedom People and insurance. My husband got his number for me to call him as I am the one dealing with the paper work on this. I called the number but there was no answer. Obviously, the fact that he said something about buying insurance is suspicious to me.
