Ohio Freedom People 2 years agoHello. I live in Lucas County, NW Ohio and do not want a smart WATER meter installed on my home. Ohio already has opt out remedy for ELECTRIC meters, but not water meters. The utility (City of Toledo) is threatening water shut off for “non-compliance”.
