Communication with Clients and Prospects about Upcoming requirements
Support existing Clients in shipments, installations, post-sales support and warranty claims
Support Field Service Operations with Incident management, dispatch and FSE Support
Support Product Management & Marketing activities
Support Administrative Operations
Requirements:
Office Administration or Customer Service Experience helpful
MS Office Suite Software experience required
CRM Software experience helpful
Strong administrative & computer skills helpful
Minimum HSD required, AS/BS helpful
