How to Handle Crypto 1099-DA
Howdy All,
I’m almost done with this year’s 1040 for 2025 following the CTC process. I just got an email about a crypto transaction I forgot about. How do we handle the 1099-DA for the 1040? I made $29. Do I add it to the Jurat Rebuttal and just zero out the gains like the 1099-INT?

Hi Carol, shoot a message to the fulfillment team. In general using the debit card to pay personal expenses was considered taboo back when I ran fulfillment. However Anthony and TC have made a lot of changes and they may no longer tell people to not pay their personal expenses through direct ACH or debit card. I haven’t paid much attention…

Hi Kara, A study group sounds like a good Idea. As far as the Henderson case from 2007-2011, I think you are referring to, is the order issued by a corrupt Judge Edmunds. You will find the whole story including the (4) who caved here:

Hawaii Silver Certificates wtih Red Seal?
My question is about the video on silver certificates where Jeff says to only get the ones with a red seal. The only ones I could find are the Hawaii “overprint” ones with a reddish-brown seal.
