Q: Where can I find my receipts?
A: Log in and go to “My Account” > “Billing” or “Order History.”
Your payment history and receipts are listed there.
Q: Can I download a PDF receipt?
A: You can click on any order or payment in your billing history to view and print or take a screenshot.
Q: I didn’t receive a receipt email after my payment.
A: Check your spam folder. Receipts are sent automatically to the email on your account. If you still can’t find it, log in and access it directly from your billing history.
Q: I need an invoice with my business name or address on it.
A: Contact our support team with your business details and we can generate a custom invoice for you.
Q: How far back does my billing history go?
A: Your full billing history is available in your account from the date you first signed up.

Step 1 — Log in at thefreedompeople.org
Step 2 — Go to “My Account” > “Billing” or “Order History”
Step 3 — Find the payment you need a receipt for
Step 4 — Click on it to view the details
Step 5 — Click “Download Receipt” or “Print” to save it
