Q: Where do I find my courses?
A: Log in at thefreedompeople.org and look for “Courses,” in your member dashboard navigation.
Q: I can see the courses but some are locked. Why?
A: Course access is based on your membership tier. Starter members have foundational content; Ultimate and Elite members unlock advanced courses. Upgrade your membership to access more.
Q: I just joined and can’t see any courses.
A: New account setup can take a few hours. If it’s been more than a few hours, contact support with your order number.
Q: Can I access courses on my phone?
A: Yes — the course library is mobile-friendly. Visit thefreedompeople.org on your mobile browser to access them on the go.
Q: Do my courses expire?
A: As long as your membership is active, your courses are available.
If you cancel, access ends at the close of your billing period.
Q: I’m having trouble with a video playing.
A: Try these steps: refresh the page, clear your browser cache, switch browsers, or check your internet connection.
