Q: Is my progress saved automatically?
A: Yes — your progress is tracked automatically as you complete lessons. You don’t need to save manually.
Q: Where can I see how far along I am in a course?
A: Open the course from your dashboard. A progress bar or completion percentage is displayed within the course interface.
Q: I completed a lesson but it’s not showing as done.
A: Make sure you watched the full video or completed all required steps in the lesson. Some lessons require you to reach the end before they mark as complete. Try refreshing the page.
Q: My progress disappeared or reset. What happened?
A: This is rare but can happen if you were logged out mid-session. Contact support and we’ll look into restoring your progress.
Q: Can I mark a lesson complete without watching the whole thing?
A: Progress tracking is automatic and tied to lesson completion. If you need to revisit content, all lessons remain accessible regardless of completion status.
