FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Q: Why did my payment fail?
A: The most common reasons are:
• Expired card
• Insufficient funds
• Card issuer declined the transaction
• Incorrect billing information on file
Q: What happens when a payment fails?
A: You’ll receive an email notification. We’ll attempt to retry the payment automatically. If retries fail, your membership may be placed on hold until payment is resolved.
Q: How do I fix a failed payment?
A: Update your payment method in your account settings, then contact support to manually process the outstanding payment or trigger a retry.
Q: Will I lose my account data or progress if my membership lapses?
A: Your account data and course progress are retained.
Access is restored as soon as payment is resolved.
