OVERVIEW
TFP guides you through every stage of Status and Standing Correction. Here’s what to expect from start to finish.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
THE STATUS and STANDING CORRECTION PROCESS — STEP BY STEP
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
STEP 1 — CONSULTATION CALL
You’ll start with a call with a TFP advisor to discuss your background, goals, and why you’re pursuing Status and Standing Correction. This ensures TFP can tailor the process to your specific situation.
STEP 2 — SERVICE AGREEMENT & PAYMENT
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign a service agreement and complete payment. This officially kicks off your Status and Standing Correction process.
STEP 3 — INFORMATION COLLECTION
TFP will collect the specific details needed to prepare your documents. This may include your full name as it appears on your birth record date of birth, state of domicile, and other identifying information. Accuracy is essential at this stage.
STEP 4 — DOCUMENT PREPARATION
TFP drafts your Status and Standing documents inside your trust. These may include:
• Legal Name Declaration / Reclamation of Name (separating the living person from the all-caps juristic person)
• Affidavit(s) of Truth / Status / Rebuttal of Presumptions (rebutting governmental presumptions about status)
• Notice of Private Status / Common Law Documents (private residence, private citizenship, revocation of election to be treated as a taxpayer or U.S. citizen)
• Mailing Location and Record Notice Filing (establishing a foreign mailing location outside “United States” as defined by Title 26) Educational Guidance and other supporting documents as applicable to your situation.
STEP 5 — REVIEW & NOTARIZATION
You’ll review your documents to confirm all details are accurate.
Once approved, the documents are executed under penalty of perjury pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746 and notarized — often via Remote Online Notarization (RON), the same secure video-based process used in the Trust service. Notarization is not merely an authentication step. It creates a sworn, witnessed record that establishes evidentiary foundation for your declarations under the Federal Rules of Evidence, making your documents admissible and enforceable when presented to any court of record or administrative body.
STEP 6 — RECORDING & FILING
Completed, notarized documents are recorded and/or filed as appropriate to make your status and standing part of the official public record.
This is the step that puts your assertion of status and standing on record.
STEP 7 — DOCUMENT DELIVERY
TFP delivers your complete Status and Standing Correction package — your finalized, recorded documents — for your records. Keep these in a secure place.
