Q: What calls do I have access to?
A: Depends on your membership tier:
• Starter: No live calls (access to replays may be available)
• Ultimate Freedom: Monthly Q&A call
• Elite Freedom: Monthly Q&A call + LIVE group calls
Q: Where do I find the call schedule?
A: Log in and check your member dashboard for the upcoming call schedule. You’ll also receive email reminders before each call.
Q: How do I get the link to join?
A: Join links are sent via email and text message before each call.
Q: Do I need any special software to join?
A: Calls are hosted on a video conferencing platform (such as Zoom).
You may need to download the app if you haven’t already, or you can join directly from your browser.
Q: I missed a call. Can I watch it later?
A: Yes — replays are made available after the call and can be found in the Trust Members Group, AUA Members Group and The PMA Members Group.
Q: Can I join from my phone?
A: Yes — download the Zoom app on your mobile device and use the join link from your email or text message.

STEP-BY-STEP: HOW TO JOIN A LIVE CALL
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Step 1 — Check your email for the call reminder (sent before each call)
Step 2 — Find the upcoming call and click the join link
Step 4 — You’ll be directed to the conferencing platform
Step 5 — Join with your camera and/or microphone (optional)
Step 6 — Participate, ask questions, and take notes!
